Imperial Bedding can accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover etc.) as well as Pay Pal via our online shopping cart.

Note:All mattress sets offered online are set to the default priced for TWIN. Selecting a larger size will increase the base price.

Sales Tax:
*Only West Virginia Billing addresses must pay a 6% sales tax.

Return Policy:
All sales are final after 40 days from ship date . Exchanges however, are limited to the following:

1) Buyer must first contact us and receive a return authorization before returning any merchandise.

2) Defective/ damaged merchandise can be exchanged for same exact item only.

3) Non-defective Merchandise must be in new/resalable condition and can be exchanged for any items of equal or lesser value. Exchanges made for item(s) of lesser value may have a store credit issued or a refund of any price difference.

4) Buyer must pay "two way shipping" on all returns of non-defective merchandise. This means that the buyer is responsible for payment of shipping costs for the return of goods as well as the receipt of the exchanged goods.

Prices are totally inclusive and subject to change without notice . Shipping costs are priced into the sale of the Mattress Sets.

*Mattress sets and other Imperial Bedding products are available for delivery to street addresses within the 48 contiguous states, except isolated delivery areas.

Your mattress set, purchased direct from Imperial Bedding, will be ready for delivery approximately 1 - 2 weeks from your date of purchase. You will be contacted at that time to schedule a convenient delivery day and time. Mattresses are shipped via specialized motor carrier.

Note: Shipper will not remove old mattress nor setup your new sleep set. When you schedule your delivery time, we recommend you have help transporting the mattress set from the truck, to your bedroom. Not all of our carriers are contracted to deliver to front door of residence. Additional shipping fees may be charged upon customers request for additional shipping options.
